The African American Construction Collective (AACC) is a San Francisco-based advocacy group composed of construction industry leaders. We come from diverse backgrounds but share a common goal: to uplift and empower African Americans working in the construction building trades in San Francisco.

AACC was established to address the systematic barriers that exist in the construction industry, particularly for African American owned small businesses. Grounded in the ethos "Lift as We Climb," we uplift our members by advocating for diversity and inclusion on construction projects in San Francisco.

We want to see our fellow African American contractors thriving, leading the charge for sustainable communities, and bringing wealth back into underserved neighborhoods in San Francisco, particularly District 10. With our combined skills, expertise and leadership, AACC is equipped to drive positive change, by standing up for African American contractors every step of the way.
